ANTHONY B AND GYPTIAN – TOURING NORTH AMERICA, HAWAII AND CANADA – DECEMBER 2010 / JANUARY 2011

Anthony B is the conscious bobo dread whose razor sharp lyrics and inspired performances have propelled him to the forefront of the reggae genre. Anthony B is currently touring Europe doing the summer festival circuit there. In 2009 he did a 6-week European tour that included Greece, where he is currently one of the most popular reggae artists.
January, February 2010 Anthony B did a successful U.S. tour that drew strong crowds all over. Before that, he toured the western U.S. in March 2009. That tour was also a great success, consistently selling out venues seven days a week. Hundreds of people were turned away.
This December, 2010 / January, 2011 touring alongside of Anthony B is the man who gave us the current number one song on the billboard top 100 charts – Hold Yuh – Gyptian. Hold Yuh is also currently the number one song on digital I Tunes. With the two of these forerunner Jamaican artists, this is a tour package the reggae fans won’t want to miss.
Gyptian is currently one of the most sought after young recording artists in the reggae business. His manager is now being overwhelmed with offers and inquiries for Gyptian from all over the world. In 2006 Gyptian gave us the mega hit Serious Times.
July 20th, 2010, VP records released Gyptian’s new album – Hold Yuh. This albulm is now selling fast and strong. Gyptian is hot. He was recently all booked up, straight through July, and it is now hard for his management to find time for bookings. He did a short western U.S. run in July, 2010 that was swarmed with enthusiastic fans.
Anthony B has been consistently building his fan base touring North America and Europe. October 2008 Anthony B also did a successful six-week European tour. Just prior to that, in September 08, he did a three-week western U.S. tour, on which he performed The Earthdance Festival in Mendocino CA, and the Eugene Celebration in Oregon. Prior to that, in March 08, he did a Colorado tour on which he hit some of the main Rocky Mountain outposts. February 2008 he performed on the Ragamuffin Bob Marley Day shows in Long Beach, Santa Cruz, San Francisco, and Humboldt County, where he was a highlight on all of these bigger stadium shows. These shows were part of another successful west coast tour.
Anthony is currently one of the hottest live reggae performers in the world. His band, the Untouchable band is lively, dynamic and on point, regularly carrying female vocalists and their own engineer. His on-stage energy makes him a top-rated performer in Jamaica and abroad. His following has grown in Jamaica, North America, South America, Europe, Japan, and Africa. He toured South America in 2008, and in August 09 he performed on a massive festival in Cape Verde Africa. Anthony B is currently a dynamic musical force in the music industry. He has hit the world working with remarkable force and energy, raising the standard of the reggae genre.
Gyptian, in his music career, cut right through, quickly. He was embraced by the people of the world right from the start, without having to struggle long for acceptance. He gets a great deal of love from the media and the public. His message has mass appeal. Gyptian comes with charisma, conscious and uplifting, and he has a sound that makes for pleasant listening music. His popularity cuts across the age groups. He is embraced by the young and old, and by the die-hard reggae enthusiasts and especially the females who he now has in a frenzy. Straight away, Gyptian won awards for Best New Reggae Artist and Most Promising Entertainer, amongst others. Worldwide, the DJ’s are currently playing a lot of Gyptian songs, and the women and younger girls especially love his music singing along with him, word for word. On his live stage shows the females can’t help themselves as they try to rush up onto the stage.
