Sampaloo Asks: How Dem Suh Badmind?

Sampaloo Asks: How Dem Suh Badmind?[YuhSeeYou Ent. & Publicity/Montreal,Canada] This fall Montreal's well known Dancehall artiste Sampaloo teamed up with Rite Link Productions for their Badmind Riddim project. Sampaloo released the song titled "How Dem Suh Badmind" which he officially released in Montreal Oct 25th. The song expresses the screwfaced, and mix up people in the streets and dance when they roll through. The song is catchy, and realistic and applies for people worldwide.

The whole Badmind Riddim has been released for a few weeks now, the riddim has received a great response both in Toronto, and Jamaica. To list some others on the project we have; Jamaica's veteran artiste Chuckleberry, Extallent, Gevano, Canada's radio host Mercedes, and more.

Though the fight is hard in this French-dominated city, Sampaloo has been Montreal's number one dancehall Artiste for over 6 years now. Sampaloo is well-known for his energetic performances, gaining opportunities to travel as far as Calgary's International reggae festival to perform. You may also know Sampaloo for his funny but realistic lyrics; Sampaloo describes his music as "hardcore dancehall reggae" and addresses issues such as black on black crime, violence as well as family values and encouraging the youths to stay in school. Sampaloo has showcased these in his other hits like Immigration, which he was nominated for a Canadian Reggae Music Award in 2004. The song addresses the struggles that Sampaloo had encountered during his immigration process into Canada. He also came back with I've Got a Ceiling in 2009 (Black Eye Peas Remix) which did very well in the viral market. Some other hits Sampaloo is known for are: 300 lbs, Police and Baby Mama Drama (Starbwoy Riddim).

Right now Sampaloo is in the works with several labels, few from Jamaica and Montreal's upcoming Label Indie-Rootz Records. Watch for Sampaloo's next hit "KLAP IT", the leading song on the new "Klap It" Riddim which is brought to you by MadVibez Productions aka Montreal's young label created by MadVibez Radio. Watch for Sampaloo's "A Mi Time Fi Shine" mixtape showcasing his best and newest works. The mixtape is set to release at the end of 2011.
