THE POP, REGGAE-ROCKSTAR NEFATARI RELEASES HER NEW SINGLE "TAKING OVER" FEATURING BILLBOARD REGGAE ARTIST ERUP
Singer/Songwriter Nefatari records a new single with Reggae Artist ERUP who is most famous for his Billboard charting hit song "Click Mi Finger."
New York, NY (October 27, 2010) – Hot off the heels of her recently released single "All The Boys," singer/songwriter Nefatari is excited to announce the release of her next single "Taking Over" featuring Billboard reggae artist ERUP. The highly anticipated single is produced by Big Pun of Lion Brothers. Nefatari has been in Jamaica for the past month working hard in the studio with some of reggae's most influential artists including Billboard reggae artist ERUP.
Working with Billboard Reggae Artist ERUP has provided Nefatari the opportunity to continue to brand herself as a singer/songwriter in both Jamaica and the U.S. ERUP is mostly known for his huge Billboard smash "Click Mi Finger" which has over 1 million Youtube views. The sizzling single also made it's way to the US Billboard charts on the Top 100 Billboard R&B/Hip Hop Chart. "I had a great time working in the studio with Erup. Our collaboration on "Taking Over" is the perfect mix of dancehall with Hip-Hop/R&B" says Nefatari. Nefatari has also provided vocals for ERUP's smash hit "Pop The Bottle" which is currently atop the playlist at Hip-Hop/R&B station HOT 97 Boston.
