For the Promotion of Reggae Music and the Honoring of Entertainers, Businesses and Promoters within the Beltway of the Washington, DC Metropolitan Area

To Become a Nominee

An Individual, Group or Business Must be Active for at Least Seven Months of the Calender Year.

The “One Love” Bob Marley Awards and The Dennis Brown Awards

can be given Internationally to those who have been promoting the music within the Washington, DC Metropolitan Area over a given period of time. In these categories once a person’s, group or business name have be mentioned they automatically receive an Award.

Since 2003, The DC Annual Reggae Music Awards has extended its Honorees list for The Bob Marley and Dennis Brown Awards, not for Reggae involvement Only but also for Community Impact

Since 2005 Winners have been chosen by the Public
