KHAOS

Talented, creative, good looking and charming are all words that can be used to describe this artiste who is poised and ready to climb to musical heights and write his name among Jamaica’s best when it comes to quality music.
His name is Khaos ...and he is living up to his name in every way by causing musical euphoric chaos in the ears of his listeners with the kinds of songs he spits.
Born in East Kingston as a twin on October 2 and grown in Cooreville Gardens Jamaica, Marlon Renado Cotterell, developed an early love for music at age eight. He never missed an opportunity to showcase his talent growing up and by the time he finished Meadowbrook High School his path was clearly set before him....a career in the music business.
It was not an easy task however to make his mark in the difficult musical arena. So, blessed with talent and determination Khaos tried his hand at modelling to make ends meet and signed with the prestigious Saint International Model Agency. Modelling paid off and kept him afloat for awhile but his music was calling. After just a year he decided to return to his first love.
It has been a long and difficult road but according to the deejay his music has been the driving force for him to reach his ultimate goal of becoming a household name like all the artistes he grew up listening to.
Right now the deejay couldn’t be happier with the direction his career is taking. He has been working tirelessly spending many sleepless nights going from studio to studio looking for that all important breakout song. He currently has 9 singles mashing up the underground circuit with stand out tracks such as “Gallis” and “Hustler” which are receiving heavy rotation on local radio stations in his hometown of Jamaica. In 2004 he recorded “All and Everything” in which he collaborated with Jamaican artist Aidonia who is known for such songs as “Ukku” and “From dem Dis” featuring Bounty Killer. He has also done work with upcoming Jamaican artist Jay, and international rap artistes such as D-Cash and Drugs out of New York.

Looking ahead Khaos is gearing up to releasing a lot more singles for the massive to get used to in a bid at breaking into the mainstream markets both locally and internationally. He also owns his own label JAG music group along with a recording studio with business partner producer engineer Franklin “Frass” Bell, Jimmy Cliff’s engineer.
His ambitions know no boundaries. The question is............is the world ready for Khaos?
